InsideOut is a non-traditional coding school that offers free-of-charge courses preparing you to build cool stuff and disrupt the world. There are no teachers or set timetables, so you can come to campus anytime you want. At InsideOut, you will only learn practical and real-life coding applications. No previous coding experience or qualifications are required. Everyone is welcome to apply.

No teacher classrooms
We believe in crowdsourced knowledge and provide the scaffold necessary for you to be successful. Don’t worry; your peers will become your teachers now, and you will discover that the best learning happens when you teach and learn alongside others.
24 hours, 7 days a week campus
Our campus is currently under construction, but once it opens, the campus will be accessible 24/7, which you can visit whenever you want; built for both the early birds and night owls
Full-time, on-site studies
Our programs can be completed in 1 to 1.5 years, depending on how ready you are, but we do require 100% effort so that every student can benefit from each other. We recommend that you invest in full-time studies, and we also require you to come to campus to ensure that peer-to-peer learning can be achieved.
No tuition fees
Our founder has pooled their hard-earned savings and partnered with government agencies and local communities to provide you with space and resources for an inclusive and accessible education. What does the program look like?
Practical, project-based learning
Unlike traditional school, where you learn all the theories first and apply them later or never, we approach learning differently. You will choose a project that interests you, and we will learn the theories that you need as you go.
No previous coding experience or degrees required
Whether you are changing careers or want to upskill, we do not require you to have any coding experience or any formal qualifications. All we ask is that you come with an open mind, a strong motivation, and a commitment to hold yourself to high standards to succeed in this program.
Self-directed, peer-to-peer learning
At InsideOut, you will take charge of your own learning, which also calls for discipline and a proactive mindset. We believe in learning by doing and teaching others, so you will collaborate with peers, share ideas, and solve real-world problems together. Our mentors and peers will guide you when needed, but you are the agent of your own learning journey.
Made differently for everyone
We provide personalized learning for everyone. Our curriculum is designed in a way that is adaptive to your learning needs. While we push you out of your comfort zone, we also make sure that you are still able to follow the lesson. We will meet you where you are 😉
How to Apply
The first step is to fill out a short form with your personal details and confirm your eligibility for our program. No experience or degrees are required. Once you have completed the form, we will invite you for a check-in, which can be done online or in person at our campus. From there, you can register for our immersive program, giving you three months to experience our unique learning model and see if it’s the right fit for you. If you successfully complete the immersive program, you will be invited to join our full study program.
